Crispy/Crystal is Christoph Ruprecht, german graphic designer, illustrator and freelance art director, born in April 1985.

If I had to describe my work I would say it is all about a balanced composition and a clean graphic feel first, and then maybe a couple of effects, but not the other way around.

I've learned to work fluently with various styles, always trying to bridge the gap between today's popular trends and a unique artistic approach that leaves room for experiments and unexpected results.

With this in mind I hope to create more than just pretty pictures to be looked at, but rather works that invite the viewer to step out of his personal world into another realm of thought and/or experience.

I am also part of the cross-media collective FUTURA EPSIS 1 [www.futura-epsis1.com] where I do Creative- and Art Direction for various interactive projects, state of the art websites, iPhone and/or iPad Applications.
