My name is Daniel “DJ Jarak” Wysocki and I am the owner/operator of Aperture Star Creations. I have been a photographer, graphic designer, and digital artist since I was a pre-teen. I have worked under a number of professional labels since the mid 1990’s but none other as proficiently as Aperture Star Creations. Now, let me tell you a little about myself. I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. I’ve moved around a little and have traveled a bit but always end up back home for one reason or another. I am also a geek - a true geek. I have been one all my life, long before it became cool. I love it all. Star Trek, Star Wars, Babylon 5, Firefly, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Dune, Labyrinth, Legend, etc. If it is either science fiction or fantasy, chances are that I’ve seen it, own it, and love it. I am a Liberal and a strong advocate for equal rights. This includes gay marriage, freedom of religion as long as it doesn't require hurting people, and the downing of the out-dated assumption that men are stronger than women. I am a true equalist. We are all human. That been said, I am also pro racial deconstruction.

Aperture Star Creations is a Buffalo, NY based, internationally serving, promotional design company. If you need photos, logos, business cards, posters, flyers, banners, social networking fan pages, video reels, or anything along those lines, I am your primary resource.

With so many services being provided by just one person, this gives you nearly unlimited options for package deals. The more you order, the more money and trouble you save yourself. Also, since most of what I do is digital, I can serve any client anywhere in the world. That is except for photography services which require face-to-face contact and travel. I can travel for work if necessary but I will expect a deposit and compensation.

I have a number of regular clients such as the editors of Gorgeous Freaks Magazine and Von Gutenberg Magazine. I have also done work for Jared the Galleria of Jewelry and have had work published by LA Weekly, Artvoice, and web sites across the web.

My rates are flexible and negotiable. I prefer not to preset rates as each client and job is different as well as it’s intended use. Just because one job takes longer than another, it doesn't mean that it’s harder or more important. I truly despise setting hourly rates. It just isn't fair to clients and I have certain ethical standards to live up to. It may cost me money in the short-term but in the long-term, it will earn me more loyal, paying clients.
